Using all his years of skills and wealth of knowledge, along with an innate ability to pair flavours that will knock a person's socks off, Chef Gordon is putting out the most amazing combination of Gourmet Grilled Sandwiches and More. Chef Gordon aspires to build the food truck industry in the interior and specifically the Kamloops area. He plans to not compete with the other trucks but pair with them as often as possible to create a following that will cause this industry to flourish."
