Chef Gordon brings more than 30 years of food experience to Fryer’s Express, which opened in spring 2022. Our two Kamloops food trucks serve big flavours for everyday cravings and special events.

Fryer’s Express serves gourmet grilled cheese, twisted burgers, loaded fries and homemade mac & cheese. Happy Fryer’s Hometown Dogs serves classic and specialty dogs, Gary’s Smokie and taco in a bag. Both trucks are available to book.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

Call 778-538-9371 or email fryersexpressfoodtruck@gmail.com with your event date, location, serving times, guest count, preferred truck and menu, and any dietary needs. Tell us about truck access, parking and available power.

We’ll check availability and prepare a personalized quote. Deposit amount, cancellation fee, service minimum, travel area and payment deadlines are determined for each customer’s requirements and confirmed in your booking agreement. An inquiry does not reserve your date; we confirm your booking after the agreed requirements are met.

POWER REQUIREMENTS

Fryer’s Express: 110 V, with a regular 110 V plug, 30 A or 50 A connection option.

Happy Fryer’s Hometown truck: 220 V, four-prong twist lock or a 220 V 50 A plug.
