My name is Gordon Fryer
"With 30 plus years of food experience Chef Gordon Fryer has decided to finally make his lifelong dream of opening a food truck a reality! This truck has been years in the works and with the loss of his 2 eldest sons, Chef Gordon realized that he couldn't wait for this to happen.....he had to make it happen! With plenty of blood, sweat, and tears Fryer's Express opened for business Spring of 2022. Using all his years of skills and wealth of knowledge, along with an innate ability to pair flavours that will knock a person's socks off, Chef Gordon is putting out the most amazing combination of Gourmet Grilled Sandwiches and More. Chef Gordon aspires to build the food truck industry in the interior and specifically the Kamloops area. He plans to not compete with the other trucks but pair with them as often as possible to create a following that will cause this industry to flourish."
